Organosilicon compound refers to the compound containing Si-O bond and at least one organic base is directly connected with silicon atom. It is also used to regard those compounds that connect organic base and silicon atom through oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen, etc. Among them, polysiloxanes with silicon oxygen bond (-Si-0-Si-) as the framework are the most numerous, the most deeply studied and the most widely used in organosilicon compounds, accounting for more than 90% of the total amount.
The basic structural unit of silicone anticorrosion coating is composed of silicon oxygen chain, and the side chain is connected with other organic groups through silicon atom. Therefore, the structure of silicone anticorrosive coating contains both organic group and inorganic structure. This special composition and molecular structure make it integrate the characteristics of organic matter and the function of inorganic substance.
Chemical characteristics: Acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, solvent resistance, high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet ray resistance.
Biological characteristics: It has antibacterial function and can effectively simulate the growth of algae, fungi and other plankton.
a) Good antifouling property: It can resist all kinds of water-based and oil-based smears, including algae adhesion, which is easy to clean.
b) Good sealing: Seamless construction can greatly reduce water seepage loss and facilitate cleaning.
c) Good adhesion: It has good adhesion to metal, cement, ceramic tile, glass, wood, epoxy and acrylic based coatings, putty for internal and external walls.
d) The material has high strength, scratch resistance, washing resistance, heavy pressure resistance, and its surface is ceramic.
