3, suspension type insulator installation should meet the requirements
(1) Except for the design reason, the suspension type insulator string should be vertical to the ground, when the conditions can not meet the requirements, there can be an inclination angle of not more than 5 °.
(2) When insulators are connected in parallel, the tension on each string shall be uniform.
(3) when the suspension type insulator string is combined, the bolts, pins and locking pins of the connecting fixtures must conform to the current standards and be complete, and their wearing direction should be consistent, the bowl of the tension insulator string should be up, and the ball head hanging ring, bowl head hanging plate and locking pins of the insulator string should match each other.
(4) The spring pin should be flexible enough, the closed pin must be separated and should not be broken or cracked, and it is forbidden to use wire instead.
(5) the pressure ring, shielding ring and other protection devices should be installed firmly, the location should be correct.
(6) insulator string should be clean before lifting.
